Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving any reason. The cancellation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods or the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods. has.

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our co-operation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the cancellation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract involves the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. of securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of cancellation for this.
Different return costs regulation for Germany
We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany and the value of the returned goods is over €99.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany if the above conditions are met (see "Different return cost regulations for Germany"). We will send you the return label by e-mail. You can return the parcel to a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
