Delivery & Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods:

• Prepayment: Please transfer the invoice amount to our account, quoting the order number. Delivery will take place once payment has been received.
• PayPal Plus
• Amazon Pay
• Klarna Instant Bank Transfer
• Invoice: For Germany only (processed via PayPal Plus)
• Cash on collection

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. The terms and conditions for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found here, and for deliveries to Austria here.
• Payment by instalments (available in Germany only): With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (subject to a minimum of EUR 6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified at checkout. Instalment payments are due at the end of each month following the dispatch of a monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information can be found here.
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), direct debit, Sofortüberweisung

Use of these payment methods is subject to a successful credit check. We will pass your details on to Klarna as part of the purchase process and the fulfilment of the sales contract for the purposes of address verification and credit checks. Please note that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
